Items Purchased in our Store:
All merchandise can be returned or exchanged within
two weeks of purchase provided it is in the same condition it was in when
it left the store, in the original packaging, and is accompanied with
the proof of purchase. Items that are special ordered may be exchanged
if defective but are not eligible for return.
Items Purchased Online:
All merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of
purchase provided it is in the same condition it was in when it left
the store and in the original packaging. We allow 30 days for
items purchased online due to the extra time involved
with shipping. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Returns
for non-defective items are subject to a 10% restock fee.
We offer reusable gift cards for any value redeemable at Red Mountain
Sports.
Red Mountain Sports offers a 90 day layaway program.
The layaway program requires a 20% initial deposit with the remainder
due within 90 days. If the item(s) is not paid in full within 90 days
from the start of the contract, the customer may be subject to forfeiture
of their deposit and any payments made. Payments may be made at any time
during the layaway contract period towards the purchase of their item(s).
If a customer has difficulty making payments, special arrangements may
be made.
Red Mountain Sports offers a 10% military discount
with a valid military ID. Discounts do not apply to sale items or previously discounted items.
